The previously reported issue affecting Etrieve (Softdocs) logins has been resolved.
Softdocs has confirmed that the underlying issue was identified and corrected, and services have been restored. Users should now be able to log in to Etrieve and access forms and workflows normally.
Softdocs is currently preparing a root cause analysis (RCA), which will detail the factors that led to the outage and the remediation steps being implemented to prevent recurrence. We will share additional information if it becomes available or relevant to campus operations.

Investigating
Santa Barbara City College is currently experiencing a service disruption with Etrieve (Softdocs).
Softdocs has reported an active, system-wide issue impacting logins across multiple regions. Most clients are affected, and Softdocs’ internal teams are actively investigating and working toward resolution.
Impact:
Users may be unable to log in to Etrieve or access Etrieve-based forms and workflows.
At this time, there is no estimated time for resolution. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available from Softdocs.
