Investigating - Registration in Banner Self Service is currently experiencing slowness and may take longer than usual to load or submit changes. You can still register, but pages may be slow or time out; if this happens, wait a moment and try again. Our IT team is working to improve performance right now, and we will post an update as soon as this issue is resolved.

Monitoring - We are currently experiencing degraded performance in Banner during periods of high traffic. Our team has identified that increased load is contributing to slower response times for some users.

To address this, we have added an additional application node to improve capacity and better handle high-traffic situations. We are continuing to monitor system performance closely to ensure stability and responsiveness.
