Scheduled - CENIC, the district's internet provider, has scheduled maintenance on the internet circuits at all campuses:

Although the district has redundancy built in to the internet connections, there is a small possibility that internet connectivity at all SBCC campuses could be impacted during the maintenance window.

Identified - Physical cabling may have been damaged by the weekend storm. The carrier is continuing to investigate and repair this issue.

Investigating - The main phone line at the Schott Center is down, which will stop calls to direct dial numbers from coming in (ie 805-898-8160). We have called the phone company and our service provider, and they are investigating.
