The Tech Center (part of the Chancellor's Office) will be updating the CCCApply Standard and CCPG 2023-2024 application. There will be approximately 3 - 4 hours of downtime to complete a required database update. Students attempting to access the system will receive a system maintenance message. An announcement of the expected downtime for this release has been posted on the student support site: ccchelp.info. This should not impact any SBCC services.

We are currently investigating an issue where some users are unable to change their Pipeline passwords, and other users are receiving an "account disabled" message upon login to Pipeline.

We will be moving our Single Sign-On Portal to the cloud during this maintenance window. We will be providing more information through email regarding the changes when we get closer to the date. Our login screen will remain the same, and many of the changes are on the back-end of the portal.

The issue was identified and a fix was implemented. We have confirmed that Banner is once again accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
