Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue impacting Campus Cards. Some cards belonging to staff, faculty, and students are being erroneously set as "inactive" and are unable to be used to open doors or make payments at the Campus Store or cafeterias. Our team is working with the vendor to determine the cause.

Resolved - Our one time passcode (OTP) provider, Twilio, has indicated that the issues has been resolved. It should work without delays now.

Monitoring - This only impacts T-Mobile users. Our one time passcode (OTP) provider, Twilio, has identified an issue with T-Mobile which may result in delays, sometimes significant delays, in receiving a text code for getting access through our single sign-on login. We will be monitoring this and will update this event when the status changes.

Resolved - The issue with the sync between Banner and Canvas has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - SBCC is currently experiencing a syncing issue between Banner and Canvas. Information Technology is aware of the issue and is currently working to identify a solution. Students that have been dropped are not being removed from Canvas, and students who add are not getting into Canvas. This does not affect every course.

If you are student experiencing this issue, you can either wait until the issue has been resolved or you can send an email to itsupport@pipeline.sbcc.edu for assistance. If you are a faculty member, you are welcome to send an email with a list of students that you would like to to be added or removed from your course. This is a manual process that takes time, so please be patient.
