Transact (Blackboard) System Upgrade May 22, 2024 08:00-20:00 PDT
There will be Transact upgrade that is scheduled for next Wednesday 5/22/24 at 8am and continues through Wednesday afternoon. The Transact system will be down during the upgrade.

Affected services will be:

**uniFLOW - Canon MFP's (Student Printing): Campus Card transactions unavailable.
**Office of Student Life / Campus Safety Office / School of Extended Learning: Campus Card production unavailable
**Office of Student Life: Online Photo Submission will be unavailable until after the upgrade.
**Online deposits / Account Inquiries: Unavailable
**AMC Machines in Campus Center, Bookstore and LRC - Unavailable
**Food Service: Cash Only Transactions on Registers (no credit card or Campus Card transactions).
**Door Access: Card Swipe/Tap will be functional. Changes/adds to existing door access unavailable.

Investigating - Today we discovered an error with our mail server that is sending some legitimate emails to your Spam folder. An example of messages that are going to Spam are those sent from our campus copiers/scanners or other internal groups. If you are missing important emails, please be sure to check your Spam folder to see if they are in there.

HOWEVER: Be careful of the messages you retrieve from your Spam folder, as many illegitimate, malware, phishing, and scam emails end up there. If you discover a message in your Spam folder and you're not sure if it's legitimate or not, please forward it to phishing@sbcc.edu and we will analyze it for you.
